Electrical products manufacturer Toshiba is moving into 13,250 sq ft on Stockley Park, west London.
The company has signed a 10-year lease, with a five-year break option, at 3 Furzeground Way. It is paying £25 per sq ft.
Toshiba will consolidate some of its existing smaller offices into the building.
Turner Morum advised Toshiba. Hanover Green and Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Invista.
