Total Pension Trustee UK Ltd pension fund has acquired two industrial units in Grangemouth, Scotland from William and Mary International NV.
The sale of the properties, both of which are let to Rentokil Initial, for £4.75m represents a yield of 7.1%.
Since February Total Pension Trustee UK Ltd has built up a portfolio of seven properties worth £38.75m, with the intention of investing £130m.
