Bond Wolfe Auctions, the recently formed Midlands-based auctions business, has recruited Colin Totney from SDL Auctions as land and development surveyor.
Bond Wolfe Auctions was launched in January by chief executive Gurpreet Bassi and managing director Ian Tudor, who were formerly the heads of residential and commercial auctions at the Bigwood auctions business.
SDL acquired Birmingham-based Bigwood in January 2016.
In its first two auctions of the year, Bond Wolfe Auctions said it had offered 230 lots with an average success rate of 87% and raised just under £30m.
The company’s next auction will take place on 3 July in the Holte Suite at Aston Villa Football Club.
