Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is expected to win approval from Haringey Council to develop a residential-led, mixed-use scheme close to its new stadium.
Planners have recommended the 330-home scheme at 867-869 High Road, N17, for consent at the committee meeting on 9 March.
The scheme has been designed by F3 Architects with masterplanner Arup.
It comprises six blocks of up to 29 storeys on the three-acre site which is currently occupied by a B&M Home Store, a car park and five smaller units.
THFC is also developing a further 316 homes on the adjacent Goods Yard site to the south west after plans were approved at appeal last year, and has completed 222 at Cannon Road to the north.
The club is also undergoing the wider Northumberland Development Project, which saw the £850m redevelopment of the stadium in phase one, as well as 585 homes and a 180-bedroom hotel.
