Planning permission has been granted for a 96-bedroom Premier Inn hotel in Tottenham, north London.
Property Stack’s development on Station Road, N17, will be home to the first-ever chain hotel in Haringey.
The KKA Architecture-designed, nine-storey property opposite Tottenham Hale Station will replace 1970s office block Image House .
It will sit in the heart of an area undergoing major regeneration, including a £400m redevelopment of Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium, and 10,000 homes planned to be built by 2025.
Following consent from Haringey council last night, the hotel is expected to complete in 2015.
