Paris councillors have given planning approval to the 753,000 sq ft Tour Triangle, the city’s first modern skyscraper in 40 years.
The 600ft tower, to include a 120-room hotel, will be in the south-western Porte de Versailles area, in the 15th arrondissement.
Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the £353m scheme is proposed by Unibail-Rodamco and is due for completion in 2018.
