Town Centre Securities has appointed Mark Dilley as group finance director, replacing Duncan Syers.
Dilley will join the company on 10 July from Asda where he has held a number of senior finance roles over the past 14 years, including vice president of retail and property finance.
Before joining Asda, he held senior finance positions at JP Morgan in London for six years.
Syers was the company finance director between 1993 and 2001 but left after the company’s car parking business was sold. He rejoined to advise on the expansion of its new car parking business, CitiPark, before becoming finance director in April 2014.
He will retire from the board of directors to pursue his own business interests.
Edward Ziff, chairman and chief executive of Town Centre Securities, said: “Mark Dilley has had a successful career at Asda, combining his finance role with retail property experience.
“On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Duncan Syers for his contribution to Town Centre Securities. He has played a significant role in developing our car parking business through two phases of expansion, while shepherding the company through challenging economic times. We wish Duncan well in all of his future endeavours.”
