Town Centre Securities has expanded its PRS focus with the appointment of Nina Barker as head of residential.
Barker joins from CBRE, where she was head of northern residential sales and marketing for almost three years. She previously worked at JLL and has 20 years’ experience in residential real estate.
At TCS she will drive forward a new residential development strategy, building on success in PRS, and will develop a leasing structure for existing assets and residential refurbishment.
Her appointment follows TCS’s debut rental scheme at Burlington House in Manchester’s Piccadilly Basin. The REIT is now looking at resi opportunities across its development portfolio in Manchester and Leeds.
