Town Centre Securities has secured new lettings for more than 5,500 sq ft of office space at its recently refurbished Ducie House in Manchester.
TCS bought Ducie House in Piccadilly Basin from Urban Splash in 2018 and has since refurbished the Edwardian building, including the introduction of flexible office space.
The largest letting is to PR agency Carousel, which has leased a 3,675 sq ft office suite.
Existing tenant Enzygo, an environmental consultancy, has expanded its space to 1,000 sq ft, while smaller lettings have been agreed with Shibui Fashion, online retailer Isola Bella and Donald Insall Architects.
