Town Centre Securities has secured planning permission to develop Princes House in the west end of Edinburgh into a 43-bed hotel.
The hotel will be operated under Sleeperz Hotels’ Cityroomz brand. The budget hotel is an extension of the adjacent 72-bed Cityroomz hotel on Shandwick Place, which opened in 2013.
Meanwhile, in Glasgow TCS has successfully leased all 20 apartments at its Bath Road project in Glasgow, close to Queen Street Station.
