Toy shop The Entertainer has signed a 15-year lease for a new store in Woking, Surrey.
It agreed the deal for the 5,213 sq ft shop with Woking Shopping – a joint venture between Moyallen and Woking borough council.
Jones Lang LaSalle and Nash Bond acted for Woking Shopping; Reid Rose Gregory advised the tenant.
