Trafalgar House is to sell its last investment at The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge in Surrey, for £45m to occupier Sony. The 12,746 sq m (137,200 sq ft) office was developed in 1994 and pre-let to Sony. The company has exercised its fixed-price option to buy.
