Trafalgar New Homes has raised £200,000 through a share placing.
The AIM-quoted property developer secured the new slug of funding through the issue of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 2p per share.
Trafalgar said the net proceeds of the subscription would be used as general working capital.
