Global commodities logistics and trading company Trailstone has paid £90 per sq ft for level 35 at Heron International’s Salesforce Tower.
Trailstone formerly occupied a part floor lower down in the building at 110 Bishopsgate, EC2.
The letting leaves one whole floor available at the building, offering 12,599 sq ft on level 34.
The total office space at the building amounts to around 440,000 sq ft.
CBRE and Savills are leasing agents for Salesforce Tower; Hall Kemp acted for Trailstone.
