Active leisure concept Gravity Trampoline Parks has signed for a new site at Lockmeadow Leisure Complex, Maidstone, Kent.

It is taking a 22,926 sq ft site at Land Securities’ complex on a ten-year lease.

This will be its second location in the UK and is due to open in early November.

The spaces can be used by people of all ages for a variety of entertainment and fitness activities.

Henry Wilson, leasing agent at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Gravity is an exciting concept and we are pleased to secure its second location for our client.  This is a great deal for Lockmeadow as we continue to reposition the asset and drive further interest in the scheme.”
