The Guardian travels to the London borough of Enfield to investigate public services there.
The newspaper focuses on transport in the borough and comments on the new obstacle for residents next February when they will have to pay £5 to drive into central London.
Traffic in Enfield has been growing by 1.6% a year for the past 30 years and apart from buses, transport users have witnessed a broad decline.
