Whitbread will build a 58-bed Travel Inn at Grosvenor and Wilson Bowden’s Central Park scheme near Rugby.
The hotel, together with a Brewster’s family restaurant, represents a total investment of £3.6m.
Gap and Glacier Vandervell Bearings have already taken 800,000 sq ft (74,320 sq m) at Central Park, situated on Junction 1 of the M6 two miles north of Rugby town centre.
55 acres (22ha) remain available for offices, industrial and warehouses, together with three acres (1.2ha) for retail and leisure.
FPDSavills and Donaldsons are acting for Grosvenor and Wilson Bowden.
