Budget hotel chain Travelodge has secured planning consent for a new hotel in Halesowen, West Midlands.
The new hotel will be situated on the fringe of Halesowen Town centre on the A458 Stourbridge Road and will comprise 71 bedrooms, a KFC Drive-Thru and one further restaurant unit to let.
Birmingham-based agent Wright Silverwood, Hinton Properties and Paul Johnson & Associates advised Travelodge.
Construction is due to start this autumn and will complete in late summer 2011.
