Joint owners Avignon Capital, Riverside Capital and Colliers Capital have instructed JLL to sell a portfolio of 33 sites, all let to Travis Perkins, for £44m – a 5.50% yield.
The unexpired lease term is around 14 years, with a total passing rent of just over £2.5m pa.
The total lettable floor area is 435,000 sq ft on 41 acres.
Joel Duncan, director of capital markets at JLL, said: “As industrial property remains a much sought-after asset class among investors we expect the portfolio to appeal to a wide variety of capital.”
