Trebor Developments has teamed up with Rockspring’s Hanover Property Unit Trust to speculatively develop a new industrial and logistics unit in Staffordshire.
The duo will build 113,500 sq ft at Plots 4 and 6 on Redhill Business Park, located close to the A34 and M6 Junction 14. The park has recently been brought to the market by Staffordshire county council.
Work is due to start on site in 2015, with the unit ready for occupation in summer 2016.
