Developer Tribe Watkin Road is set to receive planning approval from Brent Council for a 619-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Wembley.
The site at 1-3 & 9 Watkin Road also includes light industrial units.
Plans submitted by Stantec are for two separate buildings, one of 27 storeys on the southern side of the site and another of 21 storeys on the northern side.
The southern site would provide 16,000 sq ft of commercial floorspace from the basement to the second floor and 419 student beds from the third to the 19th floors. The northern site would have 200 student beds.
The buildings would be operated as one single student accommodation facility.
