Deals for three new shops opposite Selfridges on Oxford Street, W1, have been agreed.
Tribeca Holdings has let the stores at 431-451 Oxford Street to Omega, Watches of Switzerland and footwear firm Ecco.
They will take 4,850 sq ft, 7,500 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft respectively.
Rents of around £950 per sq ft zone A are understood to have been agreed on 20-year leases.
