Tribeca Holdings gets loan to bring forward Kensington homes

Tribeca Holdings has secured backing for makeover of 90 Sloane Avenue, SW3, converting it into a six-storey building with luxury homes and shops. The facility is understood to cost around £30m, which will be provided by Firma Partners.

The existing five-storey building comprises 20 flats, alongside the ground-floor retail space occupied by British fashion house Joseph. Tribeca plans to expand the building to provide 24 flats with retail on the ground floor.

Victor Librae, chief executive of Firma Partners, said: “We have worked very closely with Tribeca on this project for some time and so we know the building intimately. This enabled us to structure a facility tailored to meet the project’s ambitions. As a placemaking scheme, its redevelopment is expected to have a positive impact on the surrounding area.”

BBS Capital advised Tribeca on the transaction.
