Government estate holdings company Trillium has signed to take 60,000 sq ft at One Leeds City Office Park for the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission.
It has signed a 15-year lease with a 10-year break at the CB Richard Ellis Investors-owned office.
GVA Grimley advised Trillium; King Sturge and DTZ acted for CBREI.
