Trinity Estates is to merge with one of Sheffield’s largest real estate management firms, creating a 49,000-asset property portfolio.

The merger of Trinity Estates and the McDonald Partnership will see property management work specialise in the North of England and East Midlands.

Jonathan Smith, managing director of Trinity Estates, said: “The combined experience, knowledge and expertise make this an attractive proposition for both businesses and everyone concerned – especially the client base and residents.”

Simon McDonald and Michelle Heath, both senior partners at the McDonald Partnership, will continue to lead all field-based management.
