Trinova Real Estate has completed the purchase of the Home Office’s Sheffield headquarters for £30m – a net initial yield of 7%.
Vulcan House is a 75,600 sq ft office building occupied by the Home Office on a lease expiring in 2028.
The riverside building was bought from a private family office.
Cushman & Wakefield advised the vendor; Lewis Ellis represented Trinova Real Estate.
