Trinovant Surveyors has made two fresh hires, reuniting former Hollis colleagues in the firm’s new London office.
Steve Clarke has joined as senior associate director, while Melissa Booth comes on board as associate director.
Clarke specialises in project management, including office fit-outs and industrials work. He was most recently a senior associate at Hollis, where he spent almost six years.
Booth focuses on landlord and tenant matters, particularly dilapidations and contract administration, and joins from Core Project Services, before which she spent five and a half years as a building surveyor at Hollis.
In joining Trinovant the pair will work again with director Dan Felgate, who was a director at Hollis for six years until 2022.
“Having worked with both Steve and Melissa before in previous employment, it is great to have them join Trinovant and for us to all be working together again,” Felgate told EG. “They both bring extensive experience and individual specialisms into the mix, further strengthening our expansion plans with the business and will be a great fit with the existing team here.”
Trinovant moved into space at 22 Bishopsgate, EC2, earlier this month. The firm also has offices in Suffolk and Manchester.
