The 1,138 sq m (12,256 sq ft) former Poyle Aero Centre at Horton Road, near Heathrow, has been prelet to Styleshield.
The building, owned by Banctec, comprises industrial space alongside 536 sq m (5,772 sq ft) of offices. Styleshield will pay a single rent of £79 per sq m (£7.34 per sq ft). The lease expires in December 2008, with a rent review in 2003.

Elsewhere in the Heathrow area, McKay Securities has let two warehouses at McKay Trading Estate, Blackthorne Road, Poyle to Strategic Shipping and Walsh Freight.
Strategic Shippings 731 sq m (7,871 sq ft) building has a rent of £78,710 pa, with Walsh Freight paying £78,850 a year for its 732 sq m (7,885 sq ft) warehouse.
