Royal London Asset Management has signed a trio of retailers to its Lower Precinct shopping mall in Coventry.
Caffé Nero and fashion chains Quiz and Select have taken a total of 11,813 sq ft at the 204,000 sq ft shopping centre.
Ladies fashion retailer Select has taken an 8,047 sq ft store at a rent of £125,000 pa on a 10-year lease, while Quiz has signed for a 2,750 sq ft shop at a passing rent of £45,000 pa, plus a turnover top-up, on a five-year lease.
Caffé Nero has taken 1,016 sq ft on a turnover rental basis, on a 10-year lease.
