Trio of lettings secured at VCM Global’s refurbished Edinburgh scheme
VCM Global Asset Management has secured three lettings for its recently refurbished Orchard Brae House in Edinburgh.
Charity Penumbra Mental Health has taken 4,801 sq ft, while Clear Mortgage Solutions will occupy 3,391 sq ft on a 10-year lease, both on the third floor.
Software company EcoOnline UK has extended its lease on the second floor for 2,153 sq ft.

Asking rent at the property is understood to be £26 per sq ft.
Located on Queensferry Road, Orchard Brae House recently underwent a refurbishment, completed in April, adding amenities such as a gym and dog park.
Knight Frank and Cuthbert White advised VCM Global on the deal through the company’s local partner Eden PAM, whose managing director Paul Coulter described the building as “Edinburgh’s best-kept office secret”.
