Mantle Estates has signed three new tenants for its Lambourn building at Abingdon Business Park in Oxfordshire.
Retail fit-out firm Umdasch has signed a 10-year lease for 6,600 sq ft at £21.50 per sq ft on the ground-floor of the three-storey office building.
Education provider Navitas UK has taken 3,400 sq ft on a five-year lease on the first floor. It will pay £26 per sq ft.
And electric vehicle charge point manufacturer Compleo will pay £26 per sq ft under a five-year lease for 2,000 sq ft on the first floor.
Mantle acquired the 48,159 sq ft building in 2019 and comprehensively refurbished it. Planning consent for labs has also been obtained.
Guy Baker, chief executive at Mantle, said: “We have introduced our ‘Mantle Space’ serviced office brand at first floor to provide a range of flexible small suites, and we are making excellent progress with letting all remaining suites to more traditional occupiers.”
Jan Losch, associate director at Savills Oxford, added: “The refurbishment of the Lambourn has created a modern, flexible, premium business space and is a welcome addition to the market.”
Following these deals, up to 25,000 sq ft remains available to let in the building.
Mantle Estates was advised by Savills and Carter Jonas; Gerald Eve represented Navitas; Store Makers acted for Umdasch; Compleo was unrepresented.
