Evander Properties has received planning consent for its latest urban logistics scheme in Nursling, Southampton, Hampshire.
The scheme will comprise three logistics units of 40,000 sq ft, 50,000 sq ft and 116,000 sq ft plus a yard and car parking in Southampton’s main distribution location.
Neil Dickinson, director of Evander Properties, said: “We have worked with the planning officers and the local community to strike the right balance between sustainable development that is 100% relevant to Southampton’s economy and the requirements of the local stakeholders.”
The scheme is funded by Rockspring Property Investment Managers. Lambert Smith Hampton is the retained letting agent.
