Fiera Real Estate and Opus North have added three new tenants to the business community at 12 King Street in Leeds.
The move follows an £11m refurbishment of the 54,000 sq ft building, which was completed in June last year. The works included new facade, a complete replacement of the fifth and sixth floors, a cycle spa, roof terraces and the addition of a sky lounge, which offers a communal space for occupants.
Consultancy Arcadis and recruitment firm Michael Page will relocate staff from their current locations, taking 3,497 sq ft and 7,702 sq ft, respectively, at a price of £36 per sq ft. Funding provider Reward Finance Grouphas also signed up for 3,947 sq ft of workspace.
They join Endless and Rothschild, which have also recently relocated their Leeds offices.
CBRE, Fox Lloyd Jones and Knight Frank acting as letting agents on the scheme, which has 12,000 sq ft of space remaining.
