Trio pick Green Park offices

Oxford Properties has secured three new tenants at Green Park in Reading.

IT company Rolta, recruitment firm Stanton House and Texas Instruments have signed for a total of 7,422 sq ft. They have taken three-, two-, and five-year leases, respectively.

Texas Instruments will pay £26.50 per sq ft, while the other two tenants will pay £49.50 (all inclusive) per sq ft.

Chris Carter Keall, vice-president of Oxford Properties, said: “The relocation of three companies is yet another sign of our strong offering to all businesses operating or looking for space in the Thames Valley, regardless of scale and sector.”

The firm, which is the real estate arm of the OMERS Worldwide group of companies, bought the 190-acre business park for £400m in November 2011.

The latest deals bring Oxford Properties up to 21 leasing transactions since the acquisition.

Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and Campbell Gordon are letting agents on Green Park.
