Triogen relocates to East Kilbride

 


Triogen is relocating from Glasgow to new premises at Langlands Place, East Kilbride.


 


The swimming and spa pool system company has taken 16,448 sq ft at the Henderson UK property fund-owned property.


 


It will take occupation at the beginning of September following an extensive refurbishment of the building. Their existing premises at Barfillan Drive, Craigton, Glasgow is currently for sale.


 


David Frame of Drivers Jonas Deloitte which acted for Triogen said: “Triogen’s business is going from strength to strength and their existing premises were no longer functional for them.


 


“The unit they have taken at Langlands Place will let them expand their business and it had the right balance of office and warehouse accommodation situated in an attractive business park style setting.


 


“All these factors were important to Triogen, who are part of the large French multi-national company, Degremont. Triogen therefore have many overseas visitors and need to project the correct image”.


 


Grant Scrimgeour of Property AM which advised Henderson, said: “We are delighted to welcome a tenant of Triogen’s standing to Langlands. We have had quite a bit of success at Langlands recently with 5 new lettings in the last 9 months.
