Online success stories TripAdvisor and LogMeIn have signed leases for a combined 22,000 sq ft of office space at the Bloodstone Building in Dublin’s South Docks.
North American IT company LogMeIn already occupies the top floor of the building, but will nearly quadruple the amount of space it rents, from the current 4,600 sq ft to nearly 18,000 sq ft.
TripAdvisor, the hotel reviews site, has signed a new lease for 8,700 sq ft.
Rents for the two lettings are around €42 per sq ft.
The Bloodstone Building was bought by Blackstone in January. The property had been part of Nama’s €165m Platinum Portfolio of offices, which Blackstone split with tech giant Google.
Knight Frank and Lisney are joint agents on the Bloodstone Building, and expect to secure rents upwards of €45 per sq ft for the remaining 30,000 sq ft of vacant office space.
