Triple Point makes £30m of new acquisitions

Triple Point Social Housing REIT has announced a string of acquisitions across Yorkshire, the West Midlands and the North West.

The social housing investor has competed a purchase of a 19-property portfolio, acquired another five properties separately and exchanged contracts on a further two for a combined £29.9m.

Triple Point has taken over the portfolio’s existing FRI leases, which have a remaining term of between 56 and 60 years. The leases are with housing associations including Highstone Housing Association, Inclusion Housing and Partners Foundation.
