Triple Point Social Housing acquires 133 homes

Triple Point Social Housing REIT has added 133 homes to its portfolio for a combined £28.9m. The REIT has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of five properties, comprising 74 homes, and has bought another six properties, comprising 59 homes. There are 53 homes in the North West, 22 in Yorkshire, 18 in the South West, 16 in the West Midlands, 14 in the East of England, and 10 in the East Midlands. For the portfolio of five properties, the REIT has taken over all of the existing FRI leases, which have a remaining term of circa 55 years. It has entered into new FRI leases for the remaining six properties for 20-25 years.
