Hong Kong-listed Far East Consortium has unveiled plans for a £500m residential-led development on the north-western part of the Isle of Dogs, E14.
The company this week launched a public consultation for three Pilbrow & Partners-designed towers ranging from 20 to 60 storeys at 50 Marsh Wall, 63-69 and 68-70 Manilla Street.
Proposals for Alpha Square comprise 705 flats, a 250-bedroom hotel, health care centre and school.
Southern Grove will be development manager. It will be the firm’s first major London residential project. It already has around 600 hotel bedrooms in the capital through its Dorsett Hospitality business.
JLL is advising.
Subject to consent from Tower Hamlets, the scheme would complete by the end of 2018.
