Tristan Capital fund buys Cambridge industrial portfolio

EPISO 6, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, has bought a mixed-use portfolio to the south of Cambridge. 

The fund has secured a £34m financing from UK Whole Loan Fund Series, advised by DRC Savills Investment Management, which provides investment and development loans up to £125m across the UK up to a 70% LTV/LTC.

The portfolio comprises two industrial assets, an office and consented development land at Dales Manor Business Park in Sawston, with the potential to retrofit or bring forward new facilities suitable for science and technology use.

Mark Gibbard, principal at DRC SIM, said: “Completion of this facility demonstrates our continued conviction to deploy capital into sectors with strong supply-demand dynamics, enabling the execution of transformative business plans to enhance value and income profiles.”
