Sheds specialist Tritax Big Box REIT has bought the Wolseley Regional Distribution Centre in Ripon, North Yorkshire, for £12.2m.
The sale reflects a net initial yield of 6.73%.
The 222,000 sq ft warehouse has a current passing rent of £838,500 per year, with the next rent review due in September 2016. The property is wholly occupied by Wolseley, one of the UK’s largest distributors of building products, and the distribution centre serves the whole of the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
