Tritax Big Box REIT has purchased the Argos national distribution centre at Burton-upon-Trent for £74.65m.
The 653,670 sq ft centre at Barton Business Park in Staffordshire covers exchanged hands at a price reflecting a yield of 5.55%.
The site comprises a main building containing offices and eight eaves with heights between 12 and 30 metres over a total of 26 acres.
The property is let to Argos with an unexpired lease term of 12 years with annual rent increases of 3%.
