FINANCE: Tritax Big Box REIT has hit its £150m target for a share placing, and will use the proceeds to grow its portfolio of UK sheds and logistics assets.
The REIT’s shares priced at 103 pence per ordinary share, and the placing was oversubscribed.
Since its £200m IPO on the London Stock Exchange, Tritax has bought six properties, and is now looking at a “strong pipeline” of assets.
Jefferies International and Akur are acting as joint financial advisers, and Jefferies is acting as sponsor, sole global co-ordinator and bookrunner.
