Triton Property Fund has sold its freehold offices, Forum I, in Theale to Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society (LVFS) for £11.9m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.5%.
The 3,733 sq m (40,192 sq ft) building, located to the rear of Arlington Business Park, is let to Guardian IT, Dendrite UK and Quadriga UK. The total passing rent equates to around £253 per sq m (£23.50 per sq ft).
FPDSavills advised Triton while CB Hillier Parker advised LVFS.
