The Trocadero, in London’s Piccadilly Circus is relaunched tomorrow. The leisure complex has undergone a £50m refurbishment that includes installing an atrium and banks of video screens inside to create a futuristic feel.
SegaWorld, a £45m game centre is due to open in September. A theme cafe, based on Marvel comic characters is planned in the next year. The complex will also have Imax, the first 3-D cinema in London and other attractions based on characters in Enid Blyton stories.
The centre has benefited from being hived off from the Burford property group last autumn as a separate AIM company.
