Plans have been drawn to turn the former Peter Black toiletries factory at Cradle Bridge, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, into a 28,437 sq ft retail and leisure development.
JLL has submitted a pre-application to Wiltshire council on behalf of landowners MRMU and King Developments.
A food retailer will occupy one of the four proposed shops and another will become a pub on the site, which has been vacant for many years.
The development will also include around 150 parking spaces and a footbridge across the River Biss to link with St Stephens Place Leisure Park.
Ben Ponting, senior planner at JLL in Bristol, said: “These exciting plans promise to transform a former factory that has been empty for many years into a lively hub of retail and leisure activity.”
