Donald Trump will have some of his New York real estate seized if he does not pay a $355m fine for fraud, even while appealing against it, the state’s attorney general has said.
Letitia James said bailiffs will be sent in if Trump does not pay into an escrow account while challenging the penalty levied on him and his companies.
