Business magnate Donald Trump has unveiled his first project in Mumbai – a 75-storey residential tower in collaboration with Lodha Group.
The tower will be built in The Park at Worli, and will feature a golden edifice and curtain-wall golden façade.
Trump will partner with Lodha through the Trump Organization. The tower will be made up of several hundred three- and four-bedroom residences with interiors designed by HBA Singapore.
Trump said: “It has been my desire for many years to be involved in a great project in Mumbai, and it is my honour to bring the Trump lifestyles to the citizens of this truly global metrolpolis with the launch of Trump Tower Mumbai.”
Lodha Group managing director Abhishek Lodha said: “Mumbai is today a global megapolis and centre for capital, talent and industry. It is only fitting that we bring one of the biggest name in luxury living to our home market with Trump Tower Mumbai.”
