North Bristol’s largest office letting this year, to TSB Bank, has been confirmed.
As tipped by Estates Gazette in May , the banking group has agreed a deal to lease all of 63,858 sq ft Key Point, Almondsbury business park.
TSB, advised by CBRE, is understood to have taken a 10-year lease with CBRE Global Investors for the asset, where quoting rent is £17.50 per sq ft.
Chris Grazier, head of office agency at Hartnell Taylor Cook which advised CBRE GI alongside CBRE, said: “[The letting] means the supply of good quality office space in North Bristol is depleted and companies looking to move in the short term will have a limited stock to consider.”
