TSP appoints portfolio manager from Colliers

TSP has appointed former Colliers senior surveyor Katie Hicks as portfolio manager.

Hicks, who has over five years’ experience working across commercial property and asset management, will oversee TSP’s managed portfolio where she will work alongside TSP’s directors.
As part of her role, she will also be responsible for both existing and pipeline assets, as well as developing the growing TSP flex platform.

In her previous role at Colliers Hicks was solely responsible for the asset and property management of a mixed-use portfolio generating a rental income in excess of £9m per annum on behalf of corporate clients.

She was also responsible for managing onsite teams, facilities managers, account managers and credit controllers. During this time Hicks provided strategic advice to clients on ESG and sustainability strategies.

Hicks graduated with an MSc in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster and more recently undertook further study with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, where she undertook its Sustainable Real Estate: Creating a Better Built Environment course.

TSP chief executive Zac Goodman said: “I am delighted to have Katie onboard and look forward to further expansion with her on the team.”
